We aimed to assess the safety and efficacy of transcatheter arterial chemoembolization (TACE) combined with immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) plus molecular targeted therapy (MTT) after irradiation stent placement (ISP) as first line treatment for HCC patients with Vp4 PVTT.
