The purpose of this trial is to explore whether 2 cycles induction chemotherapy combined with concurrent chemoradiotherapy is not inferior to 3 cycles induction chemotherapy combined with concurrent chemoradiotherapy in patients with locally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
