Eichor limits what it collects and sells none of it. This page summarizes how data is handled across the public website and the paid Service. It is part of, and subordinate to, our Terms of Use (see Sections 5, 6 and 11 there).
Our visitor analytics are first-party only: no advertising networks, no third-party analytics scripts, no cross-site tracking cookies. Page views are counted against a pseudonymous identifier that rotates daily — the analytics identifier does not link visits across days. IP addresses are used to derive approximate location and network/organization name; on the primary path this lookup runs on our own server, and visitor IPs are not sent to third-party analytics services (if an optional fallback lookup service is configured, the IP may be sent to that lookup provider for the same purpose). We do not sell personal information.
All data inputs you provide (NCT IDs, queries, criteria) and any non-aggregated, customer-specific data generated for you remain your property. However, you grant Biomedistats a worldwide, royalty-free licence to (i) process such data as needed to operate the Service, (ii) use aggregated and anonymised metrics for service improvement, model training, benchmarking, and analytics, and (iii) retain audit logs as required for compliance. Outputs derived from the Service (reports, narratives, scores) embed Biomedistats IP and may only be used within your organisation in accordance with the Terms; resale or onward distribution requires a separate written agreement.
Usage and Interaction Data. For the avoidance of doubt, the licence in clause (ii) above expressly includes Usage and Interaction Data — records of how you interact with the Service, such as which trials (NCT identifiers) you view, the time you spend reviewing site intelligence, and sites you flag or otherwise indicate as a concern. Biomedistats collects this behavioural telemetry and may use it, in pseudonymised and aggregated form, to operate, secure, measure, and improve the Service and to develop, train, and refine its predictive, attention, and risk models. Such data is associated only with a one-way pseudonymous identifier (not your name or email), is reported internally in aggregate only, is never sold, and is not disclosed to other customers in a form that identifies you.
Transactional email (receipts, API keys, alerts you asked for) is sent from our sending domains through our email provider, Resend. Reply-based opt-outs are automatically added to a permanent suppression list.
