For the teams who do their diligence before they trust a vendor — here's the entity, the data, and the guarantees, in plain terms. No jargon, no overclaims.
Eichor is the operating brand of Biomedistats LLC, a U.S. company. We turn public clinical-trial evidence into site-risk, disclosure-compliance, and competitive intelligence — delivered in minutes, at self-serve prices, to CROs, biotech, and pharma. We're deliberately lean: a founder-led team amplified by an automated pipeline — which is why a report that would take a consultancy weeks reaches you the same day, and why our prices aren't consulting prices.
Eichor runs as an always-on pipeline, not a consulting shop. Every day it scans every new industry-trial registration and status change across the public registries; site-risk reports generate on demand in minutes, around the clock. Human experts stay in the loop exactly where judgment matters — methodology, quality rules, and your questions — and nowhere else. It runs on standard, hardened cloud infrastructure with automated backups and monitored data freshness.
Every finding is built only from public-domain sources, and we name them: ClinicalTrials.gov (registrations, status, sites, results), EU CTIS (Article-37 disclosure), UK ISRCTN / MHRA, the FDA (enforcement, accelerated approvals, post-marketing requirements), SEC EDGAR (sponsor financial disclosures), NIH RePORTER (public grant records), and CMS (public healthcare datasets). How we combine them is proprietary.
We use no patient-level (PHI) and no client-confidential data in our public products. Registry data can lag internal numbers — we say so, and we date every flag.
Every material finding the platform verifies — a compliance check, a dispatched alert, an issued report — is sealed into a tamper-evident, cryptographically signed, hash-chained ledger. What we told you yesterday can be proven unchanged tomorrow, and every claim links back to its public source. See how our findings are signed →
Because our public products touch no patient-level or client-confidential data, the governance surface is small by design. Any credentials a customer entrusts to us (for example a bring-your-own AI key) are encrypted at rest; the app runs with security headers and automated backups; and every finding is auditable end-to-end via the signed ledger. We make no compliance-certification claims we haven't earned — what we state here is simply how the system is built.
