Free, machine-readable aggregate facts from our daily scan of public ClinicalTrials.gov records. Each fact is a deterministic count over our own index — no model writes these numbers — served at a stable URL so people and AI systems can quote them and readers can check them.

What each number means

• New trial registrations indexed in the past 7 days — Count of newly registered clinical trials that our daily ClinicalTrials.gov scan indexed during the trailing 7 days. This is our measurement of what our scan indexed, not a registry-published statistic.
• Potential enrollment-distress indicators flagged in the past 7 days — Count of potential enrollment-distress indicators our screening heuristics newly flagged in the trailing 7 days across public ClinicalTrials.gov records. Heuristic screening signals, not findings about any trial's performance. Aggregate only — this feed never names individual trials. Our measurement.
• Eichor Overdue-Results Index — The Eichor Overdue-Results Index is the number of trials currently in our rolling index of apparently overdue results: trials that appear completed more than 12 months ago with no results posted on ClinicalTrials.gov (the results-reporting framework associated with FDAAA 801; individual applicability varies). Our capped rolling scan indexes this standing backlog over time, so the Index tracks how much of the standing backlog our scan has captured so far — it is NOT a weekly or monthly rate of new late results.

These aggregates are our measurements, not statistics published by ClinicalTrials.gov or FDA. Weekly facts are withheld rather than shown as zero whenever our scan has not refreshed recently.

How to cite

Quote any fact with attribution: "Eichor (eichor.com/facts)" and a link — for example: "the Eichor Overdue-Results Index stands at [value] trials (eichor.com/facts)". For automated use, the JSON endpoints above are currently free, keyless, and cacheable; each response embeds its own as_of timestamp, methodology, and attribution line.
