Free ClinicalTrials.gov disclosure check (FDAAA 801)

Free check · ongoing monitoring $199/mo

Could your ClinicalTrials.gov portfolio contain trials at risk of missing a results-reporting deadline? Under FDAAA 801, results for applicable trials are generally due within 12 months of primary completion (42 CFR 11.44(a)). FDA's March 2026 reminder initiative went to more than 2,200 sponsors, associated with more than 3,000 registered trials that had not yet posted results — and the registry shows publicly which records look late. Reporting gaps are often unintentional: a study ends, the team moves on, and no one owns the clock.

Disclosure Guard — continuous monitoring, $199/month

The check is a snapshot; the deadline clock keeps running. Disclosure Guard watches your matched portfolio daily and emails you only on public-record changes: a record newly appearing overdue, a results window crossing 90/60/30 days out, new matched trials joining the portfolio, and written confirmation when something resolves — plus a monthly summary you can forward to leadership. Cancel anytime. Activation is included in your free-check reply.

Watching more than a couple of portfolios? Self-serve covers up to two. Beyond that, a full Eichor plan covers your whole organization — and what you're already paying in monitoring credits toward it. Reply and we'll set it up.

This check is informational and drawn solely from public ClinicalTrials.gov records — it is not legal advice or a determination of compliance. We recognize results submissions and delay certifications when the registry shows them; a study's status as an "applicable clinical trial," and any filings with FDA or NLM that are not yet public, may change these conclusions. Please confirm against your own records.
