Eichor is a software platform for clinical research intelligence. It brings together public, regulatory, and payment data, standardizes it across sources, connects related entities, and turns the data into reliable, decision-ready insights for sponsors and research sites. Our focus areas include feasibility, site selection, disclosure compliance, and competitive analysis — all with clear source traceability and supporting evidence.

This is a founder-led company. We care deeply about product quality, system design, and execution discipline. We favor simple, durable systems over unnecessary complexity and we hire with intention.

What we build

• Data pipelines that collect and standardize information from public and regulatory sources (ClinicalTrials.gov, EU CTIS, CMS, FDA, SEC)
• Systems that connect investigators, sites, sponsors, and trials across datasets with clear evidence trails
• AI that works only on verified data and produces grounded, explainable outputs
• Software that supports real-world clinical research decisions and operations

Who we look for

• Engineers who are comfortable working with scattered real-world data and building according to the company standards
• Clinical operations and regulatory experts with experience in feasibility, site selection, trial registries, and disclosure requirements (FDAAA 801, EU CTR, HL7 FHIR)
• Developers who prioritize reliability, auditability, and clear data lineage
• Individuals driven to build core infrastructure, not just user interfaces
